The K&N 63-1146 AirCharger air intake system replaces the factory air filter and air intake housing in some Polaris Ranger RZR models.
Designed to reduce intake restriction, K&N air intakes smooth and straighten air flow.
This allows a larger amount of air to be inhaled by your engine than the factory air filter assembly.
More air means usable power and acceleration throughout the engine's RPM range.
The 63-1146 air intake includes a K&N high-flow air filter protected from the elements with an enclosed filter housing.
Air is directed through a free-flowing aluminum intake tube into the engine's throttle body for a power gain.
The oversized cone shaped air filter can be used for up to 100,000 miles before servicing is needed depending on driving conditions.
This air intake is relatively easy to install usually in 90 minutes or less.
The tools needed are a ratchet set, a few wrenches, and flat blade screwdriver.
This air intake cannot be sold in California.
It is not legal for use in California or other states adopting California emission standards.
