Return Fees

  • A $35 return shipping label fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items

Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approval or rejection will be communicated via email.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Applicable return fees and restocking fees will be deducted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims must include:

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in claim denial.
