1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns requested after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Return Fees

The following fees apply to all approved returns:

  • A $35 return shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Applicable return label fees and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

  3. Contact us if the issue persists.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was shipped.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photo or video evidence.

  • We will review the claim and provide a suitable resolution.

8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For your convenience, we may provide a prepaid return label, and a $35 return label fee will be deducted from your refund.
