Thank you for shopping with TryBeepBeep. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping procedures, processing times, and delivery estimates.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Free Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

  • Available on qualifying orders as displayed during checkout.

Expedited/Paid Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Out-of-Stock Products

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed:

  • We will notify you via email as soon as possible.

  • You may choose to:

    • Wait for the item to become available, or

    • Cancel the order and receive a full refund.

  • No substitute product will be shipped without your approval.


Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs clearance

  • Natural disasters

  • Peak holiday seasons

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

TryBeepBeep is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply.

  • Delivery delays may occur.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to reshipping fees.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately at info@trybeepbeep.com.

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
