The Gates Hydraulic Global M4K Mega4000 Hose is recommended for high-pressure hydraulic applications and exceeds SAE 100R19 and ISO11237 R19.This hose features a tighter minimum bend radius, increased working pressure, and improved impulse cycles than industry standards, offering greater performance, flexibility, and easier routing and plumbing of mobile and stationary hydraulic platforms.The cover is a black, oil, abrasion, and weather-resistant MegaTuff cover with a synthetic rubber (Neoprene - Type A) base, featuring a color-coded layline.Also available in Standard or XtraTuff cover.The reinforcement consists of two braids of high-tensile steel wire.The tube is black, oil-resistant, synthetic rubber (Nitrile - Type C).The coupling recommendations for this hose include Global spiral Couplings, MegaCrimp Couplings (-4 through -12), Stainless Steel 'B' Couplings (-4 through -8), and Stainless Steel 'S' Couplings (-10 and -16).
