An electromagnetic clutch allows for pumping power whenever needed at the push of a button without being at the pump.
Combined with a vacuum switch, recommended for bilge pump applications, the clutch will disengage automatically whenever the pump starts priming air, thereby preventing pump damage and dry running.
Easily replaceable wearing parts are available with service kits.

The pump features a bronze body and connection for the vacuum switch, along with a stainless steel shaft.
The shaft is mounted with double ball bearings that are permanently lubricated.
