4-Bow Square Tube Bimini Tops by Carver are designed primarily for pontoon boats.
The tough, rigid aluminum tube frame, 1" square satin-finish, complements the rails on pontoon boats.
This complete bimini top kit measures 8'0"L x 48"H and fits deck widths between 96"-102"W.
Each top includes a rear brace kit attached with quick release pins, nylon fittings of high grade, and a matching zippered storage boot.
For the fabric and matching storage boot included, we proudly use the highest grade marine fabric - 9.25oz.
100% Solution-Dyed Marine Acrylic from the finest suppliers, including Sunbrella and Outdura.
Sunbrella and Outdura are highly resistant to UV and mildew, offer superior resistance to fading and rot, superior sun blockage, and are extremely water resistant while still offering breathability.
Other standard features include stainless steel snap hooks and eye straps of heavy-duty type 316, adjuster buckles of stainless steel, and assembly fasteners, marine-grade black acrylic fabric binding of 100%, a heavy-duty marine-grade zipper on the storage boot that won't corrode, weather resistant anti-wick thread used throughout construction, and professional stitching (no raw edges).
All bimini tops are designed and engineered in Landrum, SC, and all production takes place in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, allowing us to ensure the quality and promptness of each and every product that carries the Carver by Covercraft name!
