An important component in the power enrichment circuit of Holley's performance carburetors, the check valve from Holley closes quickly to seal off and protect the internal vacuum passage if a backfire occurs.

Controlled by engine vacuum that opens and closes it, this check ball supplies additional fuel to the main system during heavy load or under full power situations to eliminate hesitation and bogging.

The smooth delivery of power for optimal engine performance is ensured.

The check valve also protects the power valve diaphragm from damage due to engine backfire.

Holley check balls are also available in many different vacuum ranges to time the system's operation to your specific requirements, and they come in your choice of single-stage, two-stage, and high-flow designs.
