This 15" Dual 2ohm Subwoofer from Power Acoustik has a 3,800-Watt RMS.
Built to survive, it features an overcompensating motor structure for increased magnetic strength, a 12mm T-yoke & top plate that improve low-frequency dynamics, and a vented T-yoke & frame that reduce voice-coil heat buildup.
A nonmagnetic no resonant die-cast aluminum frame is included.
It has a 3" four-layer voice coil with direct-connect wire and high-temperature-tolerant adhesives.
The cone is made of non-transfer spruce pulp with UV & chemical protection, and the surround/cone joints are stitched & glued.
An extended-excursion polyether foam surround with UV protection and dual poly-cotton suspension dampens violent accelerations.
The stitched voice-coil leads prevent potential damage as well.
This subwoofer features an RMS of 1,900 watts, a 3" dual 2ohm voice-coil configuration, and a 6.5" mounting depth.
It includes 1 gasket/trim ring with concealed mounting holes.
