American Force Wheels began in 1995 as a Miami-based manufacturer of wheels, creating custom wheels for small import and domestic vehicle owners in South Florida.

Owner Ray Shadravan initially focused on sport vehicles but shifted his attention in 2003 to truck wheels.

To promote the new offering to its target market, Shadravan created 3/4-ton and 1-ton truck conversions to showcase innovative wheel designs.
