A single medium duty breaker combines circuit protection and switch.These medium duty circuit breakers, mounted on the surface, are ideal for windlass and electric winch applications.They function as a switch and also provide tailored circuit protection.When the breaker has tripped, a visible lever shows this and cannot be held in the ON position if a fault is detected.They are ignition protected and water resistant, allowing installation almost anywhere, including the engine room of gasoline powered boats.Terminal caps connected protect terminals from accidental contact and help prevent cross current shorts.For easy installation, terminal studs are located on the face of the circuit breaker.
