The clamp features a T-Bolt Quick Release to allow easy and quick installation without needing to fully disassemble the clamp.
Made of 100% 304 stainless steel, the clamp offers excellent weather and corrosion resistance.
The HPS Aluminum V-Band flanges feature a male and female side to align the flanges onto each other automatically, eliminating improper installation.
The back side of HPS V-Band flanges has a recessed lip to help center your aluminum tubing to the flange.
This recess matches the inside diameter of your 16 gauge tubing to allow unrestricted air flow.
HPS Aluminum V-Band flanges are made of 6061 aluminum and utilize a NBR o-ring to create an air-tight seal for positive pressure applications.
Ideal for intake systems and intercooler piping systems.
The kit includes a 100% 304 Stainless Steel Quick Release 6" (152mm) V-Band Clamp, Male/Female Aluminum V-Band Flange Set, NBR O-Ring, Non-locking Nut, and Nylon Locking Nut.
