The line of Hi-Tek differential covers was designed by our engineers to address a number of weaknesses of the factory-stamped steel covers while also looking good.
They started by constructing the covers from thick A356.0-T6 aluminum, which dissipates heat much faster than the factory steel unit, keeping the fluid temperature lower under high-stress loads compared to a steel cover.
For added durability, a reinforced center bar was added for extra strength along with load bolts to help prevent bearing cap deflection under severe loads.
The cover's internal shape retains a smooth round back to help keep fluid flow over the ring gear to properly lubricate the gears and bearings.
Additional features include a magnetic drain plug for catching ferrous metal particles, a natural finish, a machined B&M logo, and all necessary hardware and detailed instructions for a quick and simple installation that can be done at home.

Designed to fit most vehicles with Ford 9.75-inch differential; however, vehicles may have other interfering components that may require modifications or moving of existing brackets, require longer cover bolts or different cover bolts, and clearance of sway bars, etc.
