The AirDog II-5G DF-165 fuel system for the 1999-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke replaces the factory frame rail fuel pump.The frame rail mounting system uses the supplied sandwich plate for installation.The factory suction line on the frame rail connects to the suction side.The factory feed line to the injection pump connects to the pressure side.The return of AirDog Air/Vapor is sent back to the tank through a filler neck return tee.This lift pump system has a capacity of 165GPH (Gallon Per Hour) for moderately modified trucks.For a list of parts included with this kit, check out the installation manual.
