The Mishimoto Oil Cooler Kit for 2019+ Mazda Miata ND2 is introduced.
These Miatas are known to find their way to track, so a direct-fit Miata oil cooler kit was developed by Mishimoto to keep oil temperatures in check.
Numerous improvements were received by the ND2 Miata during its transition from the ND1, including a nice bump in top-end power.
A liquid-to-liquid oil cooler/warmer was another addition to the ND2.
This commonplace component uses engine coolant to warm up oil during cold starts and keep it cool during aggressive driving.
Unfortunately, we’ve found that cooling performance is often sacrificed by these coolers when the engine is pushed for long periods.
The Mishimoto Miata oil cooler kit remedies this by replacing the liquid-to-liquid cooler with a 19-row stacked-plate oil cooler.
Application-specific brackets place the cooler directly in front of the radiator for maximum airflow while -10AN braided stainless-steel lines carry oil to the cooler via a direct-fit sandwich plate and adapter.
With this kit installed, consistent temperature decreases of up to 57-degrees (29.5-degrees C) were seen by Mishimoto engineers using our non-thermostatic sandwich plate.
This oil cooler kit is available in a sleek silver or stealth black powder-coated finish with your choice of either the Mishimoto thermostatic oil sandwich plate or the Mishimoto non-thermostatic oil sandwich plate.
The Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty comes with the Mishimoto 2019+ Miata ND2 Oil Cooler Kit.
