Recommended for petroleum and water-base hydraulic fluids in suction lines or low pressure return lines, the Gates Hydraulic GMV Global MegaVac Return Line and Suction Hose meets or exceeds SAE 100R4 requirements and uses half the bend radius of SAE 100R4.

This hose also meets marine ABS standards with the use of HeatGuard high temp sleeve.

The cover is black, oil and abrasion resistant, synthetic rubber (Neoprene - Type A), while the reinforcement consists of a double spiral textile (braid for -12, -16 and -20) reinforced with a helical spiral-wire to prevent collapse.

The coupling recommendation for this hose includes MegaCrimp Couplings (-12 through -20), use clamp over beaded nipple, GlobalSpiral Plus Couplings (-24 and -32), and GL Couplings (-12 through -40).
