The HPS Wrinkle Black Upper Intercooler Pipe (UICP) serves as a direct replacement for the factory upper intercooler pipe of the Lancer EVO X.Constructed from lightweight 2.5" mandrel bent aluminum tubing, the pipe features a one-piece design that includes a smooth, non-turbulent 2" to 2.5" transition for maximum performance.The bead rolled pipe ends help prevent couplers from popping off under boost.Included are HPS high temp 4-ply reinforced silicone hoses that can withstand a minimum of 50+ psi of boost, replacing the factory rubber couplers that often crack or fail over time.The intercooler pipe optimizes and smooths out air flow, delivering performance gains in mid-range without the need for re-tuning the ECU.It fits Mitsubishi Evolution 10 GSR and MR Models (USDM, JDM, and European) and is compatible with all aftermarket intercoolers with factory outlet angle.
