Compared to flat faced bar and plate cores, rounded tube faces offer vastly improved ambient air penetration, resulting in efficient charge air heat transfer and being less prone to heat-soak.
The improved ambient air pass-through also assists the AC condenser, radiator, and other fluid coolers in functioning at their peak performance.
