When Mishimoto learned about internal leaking issues with 6.7L Powerstroke air-to-water intercoolers, we began working to enhance the 6.7L Powerstroke.
The Mishimoto intercooler kit increases reliability for the 6.7L by replacing the stamped and stacked plate stock design.
Our intercooler features cast aluminum end tanks that are precision TIG welded to a robust bar-and-plate core.
The cast end tanks reduce potential failure points, making them more reliable than cut and welded tanks.
Additional durability is provided by aluminum intercooler pipes and silicone couplers with Duracore Technology.
The Mishimoto intercooler also offers improved flow compared to stock.
Flow bench testing indicated that the Mishimoto intercooler flowed 22% better than the stock cooler.
On the dyno, this extra flow resulted in 40 lb.

more torque for our stock 6.7L.
