Our intercooler features cast aluminum end tanks that are precision TIG welded to a robust bar-and-plate core.
The cast end tanks reduce potential failure points, making them more reliable than cut and welded tanks.
Durability is further enhanced by a mandrel-bent cold-side pipe and silicone couplers with Duracore Technology.
The Mishimoto intercooler also flows better than stock.
Flow bench testing indicated that the Mishimoto intercooler flowed 22% better than the stock cooler.
On the dyno, that increased flow provided our stock 6.7L with an additional 40 lb.
ft.
of torque.
