HPS 1.75" 16 Gauge 6061 T6 Aluminum Straight Tube in 1 Foot Length is commonly used in automotive, industrial, marine, and aerospace industries; great for custom fabrication projects such as DIY air intake, turbo intercooler piping setup, and cooling systems because 6061 aluminum is the most versatile and popular alloy, being the least expensive of the heat treatable aluminum alloys.
HPS aluminum round tubing is sold in the T6 condition, ideal for machining, sanding, sawing, and polishing.
The aluminum pipe can be polished, but care must be taken not to remove too much material, especially near any welds.
