HPS 3-1/8" aluminum elbow tubing with a 45 degree bend is made from 6061 aluminum, 16 gauge, and has a 5" center line radius.

It is commonly used in the industrial, automotive, marine, and aerospace industries.

This product is suitable for custom fabrication projects such as DIY air intake, cooling systems, and turbo intercooler piping setups.

HPS 3-1/8" (80mm) 45 degree bend aluminum round tubing is sold in the T6 condition, ideal for machining, sawing, sanding, and polishing.

HPS 45 degree bend aluminum elbow pipe can be polished, but care must be taken not to remove too much material, especially near welds.

All aluminum tubing sold by HPS is made in the USA.
