It features a triple chrome plated finish with hardened steel construction.
The non-locking 'flip-tip' style receiver pin secures the receptacle part of a trailer hitch to inserts like ball mounts, drawbars, accessory carriers, or ornamental receiver plugs.
The most common receiver pins are 1/2" and 5/8" in diameter.
Class II receiver hitches utilize 1/2" pins and have 1-1/4" receptacles.
Class III, IV, and V receiver hitches use 5/8" pins and have 2" receptacles.
