For 1964-1966 Ford Mustang, new concours reproduction under-ride traction bars are made by Scott Drake for 64-66 Mustangs.
These traction bars are reproductions of the bars originally installed on 66 Shelby GT350s by the factory to eliminate wheel hop and axle wrap.
They feature authentic details to match the appearance of the originals perfectly.
The heavy-wall tubular bars have cast ends with correct ?M-1?
markings.
The unique 3-bolt cast axle mount brackets have accurate ?10-70?
markings just like they did in 1966.
The original bars were made from thin wall tubing and are prone to bending.
Made to handle more power, Scott Drake traction bars use super strong .187 wall tubing that is twice the thickness of the competition.
Each kit is finished in a durable semi-gloss black powder coating for a lasting show quality appearance.
