These heavy-duty axles are produced from high tensile strength 4340 Chromoly that is heat-treated, tempered, and induction hardened to be up to 40 percent stronger than stock 1040 axles.Backed by Alloy USA's exclusive ten-year warranty, each axle shaft uses the latest splining technology to create splines that are stronger than traditional cut splines.The shafts are precision CNC machined and magnaflux inspected for cracks before receiving a slick black anodized finish.The front axle shaft kits include everything needed to complete the job: both passenger and driver inner and outer axle shafts, seals, U-joints, and clips.
