These Beehive Valve Springs were designed for hydraulic or solid flat tappet as well as hydraulic roller cams, with a .525 inch maximum lift.

They work in most Small Block Chevy heads without machining.

Increased valve train stability and a lighter valve train are delivered by COMP Cams Beehive Valve Springs.

Less spring pressure allows for better valve control and reduces the weight of both the spring and retainer.

The unique Beehive shape efficiently handles valve train stress to eliminate damaging harmonics and increases durability and high RPM horsepower.

The oval/multi-arc wire shape places the maximum area of the wire at the point of highest stress to efficiently handle valve train stress and allows better heat dissipation for longer life.
