After rigorous testing, the SX-E series turbochargers from BorgWarner showed excellent compatibility with 5.9L/6.7L Cummins, 6.4L/6.7L Ford, and 6.6L Duramax engines.This variant features a compressor wheel of 66mm, a turbine wheel of 73mm, and a divided/twin scroll exhaust housing with a 1.0 A/R.While the turbine wheel of 73mm is larger than usual, the twin scroll design maintains drivability and responsiveness at lower RPMs.Tests revealed an average drop of 200F in peak EGTs compared to typical factory turbo setups.
