The Lokar throttle assembly for 1955-1957 Chevy is made from billet aluminum and is designed to convert original rod linkage to Lokar's modern throttle cable system.It mounts in the original firewall location with offset bezel washers to align the throttle cable through the firewall.The throttle pad is spring-loaded, similar to the OEM design, and the removable lower arm is splined for versatility in mounting to either the right or left of the mounting bracket.Lokar's exclusive upper arm features a one-piece design.The shaft and arm are a single piece, requiring no pins.The outside dimensions of the throttle pedal measure 2 x 5 inches.
