The rapidly spinning crank generates air turbulence that can cause the oil in the sump to splash back onto the crank.With the addition of a Milodon 'Diamond Stripper' windage tray between the crank and the sump, the horsepower wasted by this inefficient oil handling can be reclaimed.The tray blocks much of the unwanted splash-back and turbulence, while allowing the oil to drain quickly into the sump through hundreds of small louvers.It is made from gold plated steel for durability and is backed by the manufacturer's limited 90 day warranty.Note: Installation requires stock windage tray bolts or Milodon adjustable tray studs (available separately).Stock tray bolts may cause interference with the stock pan baffle, which will need slight modification.
