Waterproof, dustproof construction includes automotive grade O-ring seals, IP68 rated: submerged in 1 meter of water for 25 minutes, then operates for 5 minutes while remaining submerged without intrusion, and IP69K rated: direct high pressure (1,450 PSI) hot water (176°F) spray without intrusion.
Increased corrosion resistance is delivered by the OEM grade paint and fasteners.
Each winch kit includes two control options: the HUB receiver allows 100’+ range of wireless control when paired with the WARN HUB app, and the durable, waterproof, wired remote with 12’ lead.
Just like ZEON, the convertible control pack can be relocated for low profile installations, with two control pack relocation kits available with short or long power cables.
Two mechanical parts carried over from the current ZEON design are the aluminum drum and mechanical cone brake.
