This wiring harness fits directly and gives you everything needed, plus more, to wire your 1970, 1971, or 1972 Chevelle!
Provisions for connecting standard factory components are included, and we also provide what is needed for aftermarket components.
Various light sockets and pigtails are provided, allowing the harness to fit mismatched cars (1971-1972 cars with 1970 front ends, or 1970 cars with 1971-1972 rear bumpers).
The pigtail for the gauge cluster allows for the square “full sweep dash” harness and includes a “Super Sport” cluster pigtail.
For those with a “full sweep” dash, this makes it easy to swap to a “SS” style cluster at a later date by only undoing one connector and plugging in the separate pigtail on the harness.
This harness follows all of the same wire routing found on the factory harness, which allows you to utilize the factory harness attachment points.
Extra length has even been added to the headlight section to be routed behind the driver side inner fender for a cleaner look.

Numerous components have the connectors and terminals pre-installed to make connections plug-n-play.
All exterior lights have the correct sockets and bulbs pre-installed.
It includes a 6-gauge charge wire, 100-amp MIDI fuse, and a fully integrated ground circuit.
Note: Options not supported in these harnesses are: the TCS relay, convertible top, rear defrost, wiring for the factory power window/locks, and factory A/C wiring.
These harnesses do include the switch power wire for the factory power window/locks and A/C.
A new blower motor harness for those with heat only systems is also included.
