This harness is standalone and is not intended to replace the OEM engine wiring.
Standalone harnesses are intended to run the designated engine and transmission only, generally when swapped into another vehicle.
This harness is designed for the 4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L mechanical throttle body engines from 1999-2006 using an LS1 / LS6 PCM with a 4L60E, 4L65E, 4L70E, 4L80E, 4L85E, or manual transmission.
A mechanical throttle body must be installed for 2003-2006 engines.
2003-2006 engines that were originally flex fuel will also require Delphi Multec 2 (factory truck style) injectors to be installed.
Connections for the rear O2 sensors or fuel tank pressure sensor are not included but are available separately.
Included with this harness is a weatherproof fuse block with 10 circuits and GM color-coded wires with labels for easy installation.
This standard-length harness allows four feet from the back of the intake manifold to where the fuse block and ECM mount.
It is suitable for those who plan to mount these components under the dash or in the glove box.
Included are all new fuel injection harness with OEM fitment connectors and harness breakouts, OBDII connector, mounting bracket and check engine light, rubber grommet, and mounting hardware.
