- An airtight seal between all MDF parts is achieved with specially formulated aliphatic wood glue, with a second application of glue around all internal joints after final assembly.
- Brad nails applied pneumatically pull tight and hold the MDF parts during the glue drying process, helping to assure a no-leak, no-rattle air chamber.
- Factory look and durability are provided by premium OEM grade carpeting.
