The H-Series Toolbox can be bolted or welded together with other V-Series or H-Series toolboxes in various arrangements.
It is constructed from .100 diamond treadplate aluminum, featuring a .100 diamond treadplate aluminum door and a .090 smooth aluminum door stiffener.
All welds are full arc welds.
The door, which is horizontally hinged, is attached with stainless steel pillow block type hinges riveted to the box, 5/16" stainless steel hinge pins, and self-lubricating bushings.
Heavy duty machine chains hold the door in position and can be detached to allow the door to drop down to 180 degrees.
A full size stainless steel paddle latch is recessed into the door, and a drip rail is integrated into the top panel over the door.
The door includes a knife edge that works with the ribbed d-bulb seal, creating a full perimeter seal without interruption at the door latch.
