CSF Radiators 7215 - Aluminum

The aluminum core, 2-Row 42mm, increases the radiator's fluid capacity and enhances the ability to dissipate heat.

CSF's Exclusive B-Tube Technology increases heat transfer by approximately 15% compared to regular oval welded tubes.

The super-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize air movement through the core for optimal performance.

Made from high-grade aluminum, the end tanks are TIG welded to the core for added strength.

In contrast, the factory design with crimped plastic end tanks is weaker and creates a point of failure.

Designed as a true plug-and-play drop-in fit application, the CSF radiator requires no modifications, trimming, or cutting for installation.

Pre-cut double-sided adhesive foam strips are included to seal the fan shroud against the radiator, improving air movement efficiency off the fan.

Additionally, the radiator includes a built-in transmission oil cooler.

The heavy-duty high-performance 5 plate design of the transmission cooler connects to the factory hoses.

The upgraded built-in cooler effectively manages the added heat and stress from towing, low gear crawling, and oversized tires.

While many understand the effects of oversized tires, it is beneficial to provide extra insight.

Increasing tire diameter reduces the effective gear ratio, meaning the engine and transmission must work harder to move the tires, generating excess heat, which the CSF radiator is designed to handle.
