The RAM Force 9.5 is a dual disc clutch ideal for entry level street use.
It operates in the 400-700 feet/pound range with moderate clamp pressure, handling small blower or turbo installations while maintaining a light pedal effort similar to the stock clutch.
Drivers of the Gen 5 Camaro test vehicle reported no noticeable difference from the stock clutch.
The floater plate is driven by three sets of straps, which eliminate floater plate rattle at idle.
Featuring a sprung hub assembly, the top clutch disc absorbs the initial engagement of the clutch, reducing the chance of chatter on takeoff.
This clutch is compatible with factory hydraulic release mechanisms, as noted in the application guide.
It works with all factory master cylinder systems when used with a RAM hydraulic release bearing.
All RAM dual disc systems come with an aluminum flywheel for direct fit.
