Featuring a 2-Row core with CSF's exclusive B-Tube Technology, CSF utilizes a specially engineered tube in the shape of a 'B' instead of a regular oval shape 'O' type radiator tube.

These 'B-tubes' are formed and brazed over the seam to seal.

This design allows CSF to use thinner and lighter aluminum material, which has better cooling efficiency, as it is stronger than normal 'O' shape tubes that are welded.

The design, with the inlet in the middle of the seam brazed tube, increases the heat transfer surface area of the tubes by approximately 15% over regular tubes, producing the efficiency of two smaller tubes versus one large tube within the same space criteria.

With 'B-tubes', dual liquid laminar flow is achieved.

CSF also employs ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins that are precisely aligned to maximize air movement through each radiator core.

Fin specifications are carefully measured and calculated for each application and tested for maximum heat rejection efficiency in a wind-tunnel lab.
