Marshall Excelsior Soft Nose ME1654P POL Male Fitting
The Excess Flow POL Adapter from Marshall Excelsior is a Soft-Nose POL Adapter machined from solid brass, excluding the plastic handwheel.
The inlet of all standard low pressure regulators fits the 1/4 inch MNPT.
The left hand thread handwheel nut fits all standard LP gas cylinder valves.
A user friendly plastic handwheel does not require a wrench.
Caution: Do not use Soft-Nose POL's in any installation where extreme vibration is present.
Replace O-ring at first sign of wear.
Turn valve off when not in use.
Check the handwheel to ensure it is tight in the cylinder valve before lighting the appliance.
When installing POL into the regulator inlet, it is recommended that Teflon tape be used instead of thread sealant.
If thread sealant is used, extreme caution should be taken that no thread sealant gets in the regulator inlet.
