1-1/8 inch width x 1-1/2" height Stock Square Port; Ford V8 - 302 ('81-'95), 351 ('69-'97) Windsor, 1-1/8" x 1-1/2" Square Port, Manifold or Headers, 2/Set
Heating and cooling of the exhaust system causes warping of header and manifold flanges resulting in gaps between the header and head which Remflex exhaust gaskets seal completely due to the thickness and compressibility of the 100 percent flexible graphite
Remflex exhaust gaskets are designed to crush 50 percent and come in a standard 1/8 inch thickness allowing them to fill any pits or gaps in the flange surface up to 1/16 inch
The combination of aluminum cylinder head and steel header or manifold readily causes gap issues in the mating flanges due to contraction and expansion of the dissimilar materials; Remflex exhaust gaskets fill those gaps permanently
There are no composite materials or rubber binders in Remflex exhaust gaskets so they will not harden or shrink due to time or temperature eliminating the need to continually retighten your flange bolts
