The lowering kit for the TJ transfer case lowers the transfer case by 1/2" to reduce driveshaft vibration caused by increased ride height exceeding two inches.
This is particularly useful for Jeeps that lack adjustable control arms or have not installed a slope yoke eliminator kit.
