*"I" Beam - Economical Sportsmaster* Forged from aircraft quality 4340 material, Manley Sportsmaster connecting rods have the entire beam and cap area profiled to remove stress risers and render the lightest possible rod.

After machining, rods are shot peened and magnafluxed.

Bores are round and without taper.

Bend and twist is tightly controlled.

*"I" Beam - Pro Series* Forged from aircraft quality 4340 vacuum degassed material, Manley Pro Series connecting rods are fully machined to the highest standards.

The signature "Pro Series Lightweight" design combines the appropriate weight and rugged strength for ultimate horsepower applications.

After machining, each rod is shot peened and magnafluxed.

Bores are held to exacting tolerances.

Bend and twist is tightly controlled.

Cap fasteners are ARP 2000 alloy cap screws.

*"H" Beam - Economical* Manufactured from 4340 forgings, Manley "H" Beam connecting rods meet the same exacting standards developed and approved by original equipment customers.

A vast difference in quality exists between a Manley "H" Beam and the "other" inexpensive H-Beams on the market.

Weight is matched to +/- 1.5 grams.

Big and small ends are perfectly round.

Bend and twist is tightly controlled.

All Manley connecting rod sets are weight matched to 1.5 grams, and big and small end bores are final honed to a tolerance of .0002".

Critical bend and twist attributes are held to a minimum, and exacting attention is paid to every detail by the final inspection department; thus rendering a finished product that is second to none.
