The gear is high pressure and grounded die cast zinc alloy.
It has a standard 3/4" tapered shaft made of galvanized steel.
Lock-to-lock steering wheel turns are approximately 4.1.
The maximum allowable steering wheel diameter is 15" (380mm).
It exceeds ISO 8848 Standards.
A serial number with the manufacturing month and year is marked on the helm for quality control.
