Eagle ESP H-beam connecting rods upgrade engine horsepower.
Their construction of 2-piece, forged, vacuum-degassed, 4340-certified steel provides outstanding strength while weighing much less than stock rods.
Each rod is multi-stage heat-treated, x-rayed, sonic-tested, 100 percent machined, and shot-peened to stress-relieve the metal.
Precision cap alignment sleeves positively locate each rod cap, and silicon bronze bushings are included for floating pin models.
Stroker models are available that allow additional cam-to-rod clearance for large stroke combinations.
Standard features include 190,000 psi rated 7/16 ARP 8740 (750 horsepower rating) and 230,000 psi rated, 7/16 ARP 2000 rod bolts (1200 horsepower rating) or 265,000 psi rated 7/16 ARP L-19 bolts (1500 horsepower rating) as upgrades.
Instructions and rod bolt lubrication are included with each set.
