The 6-pad rigid race disc from ACT is made with high-quality ceramic friction materials that produce 28 percent more torque and friction capacity over organic materials.
The hub, made from chrome-moly, is heat-treated for durability and strength, featuring top-grade rivets that securely fasten the part together.
The rivet materials and design are carefully selected for maximum strength.
Before assembly, all friction pads are measured, sorted, and matched to ensure uniform thickness for each disc.
The rigid race disc is recommended for larger clutch sizes to absorb more heat and for smoother engagement.
