615005C-4 Manley Dish Piston with Rings
Features high strength material 2618.
Lightweight design with wrist pin offset for quiet start-ups.
Included is a Premium Chrome Moly pin (Standard Series) P/N 42346 and a .210 wall pin (Extreme Duty Series) P/N 42546.
Pressure balance groove will accommodate +1mm valve sizes.
Included are Premium Steel top rings with Napier seconds and round wire locks.
Recommended piston clearance is .003 for mildly boosted and .0035 for highly boosted, measured .850 (79/83mm stroke) and 1.100 (75mm stroke) from the bottom of the oil ring.
Specifications include 92.50 Bore size m +.5mm Over size, 5.137 Rod length, 1.285 Comp distance, -12 Dome volume(cc), 48 Cylinder head(cc), 8.5 Comp ratio, Dish Piston type, and 375 Piston wt/gms 46925-4.
