The patented two-step locking quick release ratchet design of GEARWRENCH tether ready ratchets makes unintentional socket drops virtually impossible.

The design of the ratchet head supports all existing full polish chrome sockets from GEARWRENCH and requires no pin or awl for adding or removing a socket to the ratchet tang.

The handle design in full polish chrome features an integrated tether connection point, a tether through hole with a wire rope ring, which allows the ratchet to be added to a tethering system without any additional retrofitting.
