Manifold Made of Billet 6061-T6 Aluminum: Eliminates concerns of porosity with cast aluminum.

Motor Rated as 'Marine Grade': Protected against dust intrusion and powerful water jets.

Installation is Plug & Play: Supplied harness attaches directly to battery and utilizes Deutsch weather-proof connectors.

No modifications or cutting of the stock fuel lines are required.

The vehicle can easily be returned to stock.

Engagement of Pump is Boost Activated: Supplied preset boost switch activates pump only under load, reducing wear and tear on the DFS780 pump.

Surfaces of PEEK Bearing Wear: The DFS780 spur gears ride on PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) bearing surfaces to reduce both noise and wear.

Passages of Manifold Machined with Contoured CNC: Enhances flow through the manifold to reduce pressure drop due to flow restrictions.

Bracket for Mounting is Direct Bolt-on Steel: Heavy duty bracket mounts to the frame and utilizes existing holes to secure.

Port for Fuel Pressure Gauge: 1/8" NPT port allows customer to attach an external pressure gauge to monitor fuel pressure.

Seals of O.E Quality Viton: Compatible with diesel and biodiesel fuels.
