The AirDog II-5G DF-165 fuel system for the 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke replaces the factory frame rail fuel pump.The frame rail mounting system uses the supplied sandwich plate to mount this diesel lift pump.The factory suction line on the frame rail connects to the suction side.The factory feed line to the injection pump connects to the pressure side.The return “Y” ties the AirDog Air/Vapor return back to the tank with the factory engine return.This lift pump system is 165GPH (Gallon Per Hour) for moderately modified trucks.A list of parts included with this kit can be found in the installation manual.
