American Force Wheels began in 1995 as a manufacturer of wheels in Miami, focusing on custom wheels for small import and domestic vehicle owners in the South Florida region.

Owner Ray Shadravan was initially focused on sport vehicles but kept an eye on the next big thing, which he decided in 2003 would be truck wheels.

To help the new offering catch on more quickly with its target market, Shadravan began creating 3/4-ton and 1-ton truck conversions to showcase innovative wheel designs.

Longtime friend Robert Martell was hired by Shadravan to be the General Manager and assist with all endeavors for American Force Wheels.
