Black Stealth Heatshield Products 300543 Turbo Heat Shield for T3 Flange Turbo
Turbo Heat Shields retain heat inside the turbo.
Lowering heat can reduce under-hood temperatures by up to 40 percent.
It can also reduce chatter, lag, increase boost in some cases, and minimize heat damage to other engine components.
The turbo heat bag uses the same extreme rated technology as HP Turbo Shields, but features a new cool 'Stealth' appearance.
Designed to withstand 1800 degrees Fahrenheit continuously, turbo heat shields are suitable for street performance and hardcore racing applications.
The custom fit design eliminates the need to trim or fit the heat shield blanket to match turbo housings, making installation simple.
In most cases, turbo removal is unnecessary.
Stainless steel springs are included to secure the turbo shield in place with anchors.
